• Base Price: Customization services start at $200 for hats and bags, and $600 for shoes or sneakers. Final pricing is determined by the complexity of the customization requested.

• Turnaround Time: Standard completion time is 3-5 weeks. No rush orders are available.

• Approval & Payment Process: Please fill out the form below and you’ll receive a detailed quote first. Work begins only after full payment is received.

• Shipping: Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a shipping label to send your item (please ensure it is washed and cleaned before sending), or we can source the piece for you (sourcing fee will be included in the invoice).
